For SMS messaging services: the only phone number stored is my own, used to receive messages from my personal AI assistant. No third-party phone numbers are collected, stored, or shared.

SMS messages are sent from a Twilio phone number to the account owner (me) only. Messages include automated notifications, reminders, and AI-generated informational content. No marketing messages are sent to any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

I do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties. Phone numbers and message content are not shared with anyone.
